Experience
For the past ten years I have coached and developed management teams of small businesses to unlock potential. With a collaborative approach, I help businesses address areas of organizational structure that are inadequate for the fulfillment of their goals. I initiate a team-based approach that emphasizes interdependence and accountability.
I provide insight into blind spots of teams, those areas that thwart personal and professional relationships, which ultimately stifle organizational potential.
As a coach, I assist in finding ways to address these blind spots and eliminate them as issues. The result is teams that are aligned around a common goal and a shared vision, but more than that, the entire culture of the organization shifts such that every member of the team is highly regarded. Results are produced inside an environment where ease, play, and joy are present. More importantly, profits and resources are maximized.
